Most owners find a property manager because somebody they trust told them to. If you know an owner in the Valley who is frustrated with their current situation, we would like to talk to them.

Their name and the best way to reach them, with their permission.

One respectful contact, a free rental analysis offered, and no pressure. We will not pester someone you sent us.

You are kept informed
We tell you when we have made contact and whether they became a client.
Referral thank-you
Our referral programme is being finalised. Details will be published here — we are not going to promise an amount before we have decided it. If you refer an owner in the meantime, tell us and we will make sure you are looked after.
Please only submit someone's contact details if they have agreed to be contacted. We will always tell them who referred them.
